Open your form pages with your own header image, not just a small logo. Choose a circle, a banner or full width to match your brand.

Choose how your header looks

Upload an image and pick one of four layouts: a small or large circle, a banner the width of the form, or full width across the top of the page. Banner and full width keep your image's own shape, so a wider image gives a slimmer header.

Clearer settings

The form settings now show exactly where each image appears on the page. You can still link the header and title to your own site.
